Trash Mutant Interview!

After a six-month hiatus, Trash Mutant's back - and with an all-new Videogram interview to boot! The last time me and Señor Editor chatted was back in March, 2015 - read it here - so it was nice to catch up on things.

Covering my all-new compilation Choice Cuts 2014 - 2018, my work ethic, creativity and prolificacy, the mainstream's increased interest and appreciation of all things genre, the VHS Lives documentary, and the 2018 version of John Carpenter's Halloween, etc. etc. it was quite fun to do. Read it here.

Interview with Trash Mutant

Check it out. Did an interview with Trash Mutant earlier this week (what a great name!) covering all sorts of topics like the all-new Cobretti EP, my influences, punk rock past and the 1980s VHS explosion to name just a few.

I enjoyed this one and think it came out great! Read it here and give them a like on Facebook here. And tell them I sent ya!

The EP has received more reviews and shout-outs. Bloody Good Horror, Bucketlist Music Reviews and The Action Elite have all been giving this project some much-appreciated support. And Six Foot Plus aired Camp Blood during their recent Friday the 13th-themed show, so make sure to give it a spin here.

Head on over to Germany's Film Maniax for an all-new interview covering my influences, my recent teaming up with Cineploit and my soundtrack work for both The Adventures of Superseven and Sandra West and John Brito's Shadows of Prey.

For those not fluent in German, fear not as it comes complete with an English translation (and, for the record, mein Deutsch sind sehr slecht auch!) Check it out here.

Reviews and interviews

You heard the news?
July has passed and Doc Terror's Italian Horror Week as well as the Videogram project and debut album was launched, both receiving a much-encouraging response from the horror community.

I culled together the first batch of interviews, reviews etc. posted throughout July/early-August, and in the future I'll post them on this blog as soon as they're online.

So, make sure to check them out and let me know if you've given it a write-up. Cheers to all that helped spread the word. It's much appreciated!
